Participants coming from abroad and having no place to stay in Warsaw, can book a room in the Guests House of Warsaw University of Technology "Sezam", which is located not far from the Conference venue. Wherefore participants willing to stay in Sezam Guest House, please declare this information in the registration form.

Accommodation prices:

Single room for 22nd-24th Sept. 2008 — 90 PLN / person / night
Double room for 22nd-24th Sept. 2008 — 70 PLN / person / night

Single room for the 21st Sept. 2008 — 75 PLN / person / night
Double room for the 21st Sept. 2008 — 60 PLN / person / night

Guests can check into the hotel not earlier than at midday and have to check out by 10 a.m. on the day of departure. Before booking the room please remember that we are planning to begin our Conference on 22nd September 2008 at 11 a.m.

Issues concerning accommodation are clarified by the Conference's Organizing Committee. Issues concerning accommodation's payment can be specified only at the Sezam's Guests House (phone 0048 22 234 68 00). Remember to say that this booking is made for the participnats of Young scientists towards the challenges of contemporary technology Conference.

NOTE: Accomodation payment is not included in the Conference fee, wherefore participants have to remeber to make that payment separately. Oganizers only book rooms for those participants, who would declare this in the registration form. Payment can be made directly at Sezam Guests House eighter in cash or by credit card.

If accommodation payment is covered by a university or a company, then money can be transfered after the Conference to Sezam Guests House's bank account after reciving the invoice. If so, please remember to take from your accountant's office documents confirming that payment will be done.

Do not send accommodation payment to the bank account given on the Fee page — money sent to this account will not be returned!
