Participants, who don't want to send in their papers and make a presentation during the Conference, do not have to fill in the Paper section. All other boxes, marked with a star, must be filled in.

ATTENTION: if there are two or more authors of the same paper — and all of them wish to take part in the Conference — all authors must fill in the Registration form separately. Filling the Co-author field in the Registration form is not enouth.
